Because culture can also be savoured through taste, a Monegasque gastronomic week will awaken the curiosity of Strasbourg’s gourmets.
Christian GARCIA, Chef of the Prince’s Palace, will take over the kitchens of "Les Haras" in Strasbourg for one week to offer a unique culinary experience combining tradition and modernity. The menu will feature emblematic dishes from the Principality, inspired by the Mediterranean, its sun-drenched produce and maritime flavours, alongside bold creations showcasing the expertise and inventiveness of contemporary Monegasque cuisine.
